Ability to add your own custom fields

From user: Would be great to have a comments functionality to keep track of updates in the subscriptions with a timestamp. Clickup is a good reference of this feature.

I am using different projects for different things and it would be good to be able to link straight to that project, rather than just the 'all projects' you can do right now. So, be able to have a url for each project.

Ability for any product to be placed under several categories. At the moment a product can only choose 1 category in a dropdown. What makes sense is that a product can select multiple categories, perhaps not using a dropdown, but a tick box. Example: A product can fall under category "graphic design" and also "web development" and also "xyz". But at the moment, this is not possible. It will make a huge positive difference, quite restrictive as it is right now.

I'd like to see how old some of my subscriptions or one-time purchases are; particularly in comparison to others. Sort by refund date is already there, so why not add the ability to sort by first payment too?
