There are subscriptions that none of the current categories are adequate for. Furthermore, maybe it is cleaner to allow the user to customize a category instead of trying to list them all.

Custom categories are available now: Add, edit and remove categories in the settings view.

Note: If you rename a category, the system will automatically update the subscriptions that use it with the new name.
